What the LuLaRoe Limited Warranty covers
LuLaRoe warrants to the original purchaser that any original, unaltered, and unmodified product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase, when sold in the United States by an authorized LuLaRoe Independent Fashion Retailer. This limited warranty does not include non-apparel and promotional items, and does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials that occur by extended use. This limited warranty is separate from LuLaRoe’s Happiness Policy, which applies during the first 90 days from the date of your purchase. Before making a request under this limited warranty, you should determine whether your purchase is covered by LuLaRoe’s Happiness Policy.
What LuLaRoe will do to address your warranty request
If at LuLaRoe’s sole discretion your product is found to be defective after it is returned for inspection to an Independent Fashion Retailer, LuLaRoe will, through an Independent Fashion Retailer, replace it with a similar product, subject to the provision below regarding print, color, art or graphics, or make arrangements with you to receive a comparable replacement product or a LuLaRoe Gift Card for the original purchase price.
How you can submit a warranty claim
To use the warranty, you should contact the Independent Fashion Retailer from whom you purchased the product to make arrangements to have the product and proof of purchase returned to the Independent Fashion Retailer. The proof of purchase must include a copy of the original receipt. A copy of a bank statement reflecting the purchase and identifying the authorized Independent Fashion Retailer is also acceptable. The Independent Fashion Retailer will process the warranty request and shipping at no charge. Once LuLaRoe determines that the product qualifies under the limited warranty, the Independent Fashion Retailer will provide a similar replacement product of your choice. If a replacement product is no longer available, the Independent Fashion Retailer will contact you by phone or email to discuss the options with you, which may include replacement with a comparable product or a LuLaRoe Gift Card for the purchase price of the product. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of LuLaRoe’s prints, colors, art and graphics, comparable replacement products may not have the same print, color, art or graphics as the original product. The Independent Fashion Retailer will cover shipping costs for the return product and the replacement product shipped back to you. What is covered under the LuLaRoe Limited Warranty?
The LuLaRoe Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of any original, unaltered, and unmodified product.
The Limited Warranty covers products purchased after April 24, 2017.
This Limited Warranty applies to product(s) sold in the United States to the original purchaser by an authorized Independent Fashion Retailer.
This Limited Warranty is separate from LuLaRoe’s Happiness Policy, which applies during the first 90 days from the date of your purchase.
The Limited Warranty is separate from LuLaRoe’s “MAKE GOOD Program,” which applies to defective products purchased between January 1, 2016 and April 24, 2017.
Before making a request under this Limited Warranty, you should determine whether your purchase is covered by LuLaRoe’s Happiness Policy or the “MAKE GOOD Program.”
What is NOT covered under the LuLaRoe Limited Warranty?
The LuLaRoe Limited Warranty does not include non-apparel and promotional items.
Additionally, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials that occur over time or by extended use.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to products after six months from the date of purchase.
The Limited Warranty does not cover products purchased prior to April 24, 2017.
What is considered normal wear and tear under the LuLaRoe Limited Warranty?
We know you love your LuLaRoe products, but regardless of how carefully you wear and care for them, they may eventually begin to experience a natural breakdown of materials and show wear.
Fabric wearing thin, showing abrasions, stains, fading, discoloration, rips, or tears may be considered normal wear and tear.
How do I make a claim under the LuLaRoe Limited Warranty?
To make a claim under the Limited Warranty, contact the Independent Fashion Retailer who sold you the product.
You will be asked to provide the Independent Fashion Retailer the product in question and its proof of purchase. Proof of purchase should include a copy of the original receipt.
If you do not have the original receipt, a copy of a bank statement reflecting the purchase and identifying the authorized Independent Fashion Retailer is also acceptable.
Once LuLaRoe determines that the product qualifies under the Limited Warranty, the Independent Fashion Retailer will send a similar replacement product to the address you provide.
If a similar replacement product is no longer available, alternate options may include replacement with a comparable product or a LuLaRoe Gift Card for the purchase price of the product. Your Independent Fashion Retailer will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.

How do I return my product for warranty coverage?
All products for which warranty claims are made must be mailed or returned to the Independent Fashion Retailer who is processing your claim.
If you have submitted a claim online, you must return the product to LuLaRoe using the shipping label provided.
If the product has already been worn, please make sure to wash the item following the care instructions specific to that item before returning it.
Who pays for shipping for Limited Warranty claims?
As stated in our Limited Warranty, the Independent Fashion Retailer will process the warranty request and shipping at no charge.
The Independent Fashion Retailer will typically return the replacement product via standard shipping methods.
If you request that the Independent Fashion Retailer return the replacement product in a more expedited mode of delivery, additional shipping charges may be billed to you.
If you have submitted a claim online, LuLaRoe will provide a free shipping label for you to return your product.
What happens if my Independent Fashion Retailer is no longer active or will not process my Limited Warranty claim?
Limited Warranty claims can be processed by Independent Fashion Retailers other than the one from whom you purchased the product.
Although we recommend that you first contact the Independent Fashion Retailer who sold you the product(s) for Limited Warranty claims, you can contact any authorized Independent Fashion Retailer to file the claim.

How long will it take to process my warranty claim?
If you are shipping product back to an Individual Fashion Retailer for an exchange, we suggest you allow 10-15 business days after receipt of your product by the Individual Fashion Retailer before you can expect to receive the exchanged product.
If your claim was submitted online, we suggest you allow 30 business days after your claim was submitted for receipt of your LuLaRoe Gift Card.
We cannot account for delays that may occur with shipping, lost or stolen packages, or be responsible for damage that may occur during shipping
